Wild Labs Raids · Last updated: 16 October 2026

Wild Labs operates Wild Labs Raids, a private Telegram service for registering creators, managing creator campaigns, reviewing submissions and tracking manual rewards.

Information we collect and use

We store your Telegram user ID, submitted X username and profile link, payout wallet address and blockchain network, application status, campaign participation, publication links, submission reviews, rewards and payout records. Administrators may keep quality notes and transaction hashes. We use these records to assess applications, run campaigns, assist reward selection, communicate with you and administer payouts.

We retrieve publicly available view counts for campaign client posts and submitted quote posts through Apify. Reply links are stored for review; reply views are not collected. Campaign metrics are used for reporting.

Google access and campaign reports

Only Wild Labs administrators connect a Google account. Creators and clients do not need to sign in with Google. The reporting integration uses the Google Drive drive.file permission to create and update campaign spreadsheets and access files or folders explicitly made available to the application. It does not request access to Gmail or unrestricted access to all Drive files.

We store administrator OAuth credentials in private application configuration to maintain the reporting connection. Google file and folder identifiers and report links are stored to locate and update campaign reports. Google user data is used only to provide this reporting functionality; it is not sold, used for advertising or used to train general-purpose AI models.

Reports contain campaign details, creator publication links, collected views, payout wallets, submission statuses and reward amounts. Full reports are intended for administrators and are not automatically shared with clients or other creators.

Access and service providers

Creator information is available to authorized Wild Labs administrators. Creators can access their own records through private bot conversations; other creators cannot browse those records. Telegram processes bot messages and optional community invitations. Supabase provides database storage, Railway hosts the application, Apify processes public post identifiers or URLs for metrics, and Google stores campaign spreadsheets. Each provider processes data under its own policies.

Joining an optional Telegram community makes your Telegram profile visible to its members under Telegram settings. Payout wallets, private submissions and reward history are not published to that group by the bot. Blockchain transactions and any associated addresses or transaction hashes may be publicly visible on the relevant blockchain.

Storage, retention and your choices

We retain application, campaign and payout records for ongoing campaign operations, creator history, reward rotation and resolving payment questions. The application does not currently apply an automatic deletion schedule. Contact Wild Labs to request access, correction or deletion; some records may need to be retained for payment, dispute or legal obligations. Removing a database record does not by itself remove copies in campaign spreadsheets, provider backups or public blockchain records.

You can update your payout details through the bot. An administrator can revoke Google access at Google Account permissions. Revocation stops future authorized Google operations but does not delete existing spreadsheets; those can be deleted by their Google owner.
